CANCELLATION POLICY

At Hairmonious, we appreciate that sometimes life gets in the way of getting to your planned hair appointment. If something urgent comes up that prevents you from attending your appointment with us, please contacts us as soon as possible and we will be able to cancel and reschedule your appointment.

 

However we also have a duty to fill the diary of our Stylists and ensure that they are able to have an income, just like everyone else. Therefore if you need to cancel your appointment you can do so up to 24 hours beforehand without incurring any charge. Thereafter you will be charged a fee at 50% of the value of your appointment. If you fail to contact us at all and present as a ‘no show’ by the time of the appointment, you will be charged 100% of the fee related to your appointment. 

 

We would obviously prefer to avoid any charge altogether, so we look forward to seeing you for your scheduled appointment.
